Until now, spiritual intelligence is still positioned as the highest intelligence among the other two intelligences, namely emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence. The urgency of spiritual intelligence was realized by the PAI teacher of BP SDN 1 Randegan as a cornerstone of intelligence for students in efforts to develop other intelligences. Students are given an educational climate with the presentation of materials, methods and habits pursued by PAI BP teachers and also supported by the school by creating a religious culture, all of which are under the control of PAI BP teachers and Waka Kesiswaan. Spiritual intelligence is behavior that is carried out only relying on God in order to obtain a climate of worship in every activity carried out.
Through this learning activities inside and outside the classroom conducted by PAI BP teachers at SDN 1 Randegan are intended to make students remember that all activities students cannot be separated from the reality that they are servants who must always remember and serve Allah. Efforts to stimulate the emotional intelligence of students at SDN 1 Randegan in PAI BP learning are carried out by providing a learning climate with religious nuances. Before learning begins, the teacher always invites students to pray, either when PAI BP is in the first lesson or during other lesson hours. Through praying, students are reminded that humans cannot try alone, everything is based on the destiny outlined by God so that failure and success are gifts from God and behind it there is wisdom. Before learning PAI BP begins, the teacher will also convey exemplary stories from the Prophet and previous scholars where at the end of these stories a conclusion will be given that can motivate students to display a good attitude. The creation of an atmosphere to remember Allah by PAI BP teachers is a method used to train students' spiritual intelligence.
One of the things that affect spiritual intelligence is God's point where in a part of the brain called the temporal lobe will increase when students have ongoing religious or spiritual experiences or commonly called God Spots or God's points. In carrying out their learning, they do not only use the lecture method, discussion and other methods. However, the teacher also displays good attitudes and behavior, for example by always starting anything by reading bismillah and finishing something reading alhamdulillah in a slightly loud voice and always smiling in every lesson as an implementation of the uswatun hasanah method that complements other methods.
The teacher also collaborates with the Student Affairs Deputy to carry out the dhuha prayer in congregation as an implementation of the teacher's efforts to stimulate emotional intelligence in students. Through the habituation of religious culture in SDN 1 Randegan, students are sought to improve their spiritual intelligence so that students understand that they are servants of God who must understand their duties and responsibilities in this world.
