We're continuing our 2016 wrap up- get caught up on Fashion Faves here, Home Decor & Organization here and today is all about baby and family! We were incredibly blessed last year to welcome baby Jordan into our lives and hearts. She was born in February, two and a half weeks early, and just two days before my own birthday. In the almost-year that she's been with us, we've fallen madly in love and she brings so much joy to our home.
I shared my pregnancy journey with you and I so appreciate all the support you've shown during this time of transition in my life. It was actually a rough first four months getting acclimated to a baby again, espeically since our six year old son was already so independent. We were thrown back into the newborn stage and I think our baby amnesia didn't serve us too well at first! Being a second-time mom has its advantages though - you have the mothering experience on your side and are able to trust yourself more. James has been wonderful with Jordan and is truly such a good big brother. And she adores him too. She calls, "aaaaammmmeees!!!!!!" from the bottom of the stairs when he's upstairs.
