After the COVID-19 pandemic, most of the insurance sector companies had attached a column that whether the insurant has taken vaccine or not and if he/she had taken vaccine then the dates of 1st dosage and 2nd dosage vaccine in addition to they the production of vaccination certificate is mandatory along with other relevant documents.
But the same was not introduced in our department and in recent times if enrollment of high value RPLI/PLI policies is more then our department is at the risk of Sanctioning more claims citing that the government is already warning that a third wave is imminent around September or October.
Our department must take immediate initiatives in this regard by reformulating the insurance forms immediately.
