Kindly recall our earlier communication of even number dated 7th August, 2020 (copy enclosed), on the aforementioned subject matter.

As Dussehra/Durga Puja Festival is approaching fast and Railwaymen are awaiting eagerly for payment of PLB, it would be in all appropriateness that, payment of PLB to Railway employees, for the financial year 2019-20, should be made, considering the facts mentioned in our letter dated 7th August, 2020.

An early action shall be highly appreciated.
